February 13, Secretary of the Presidium of the Federation of Fishing Sports of Russia Igor Chinyakov in a conversation with NSN warned that a special monitoring service should control the thickness of ice in mass places of amateur fishing, fishermen can be fined at official bans on going to a particular water body.

On February 7, Komleskhoz of the Moscow region warned of the danger of going out on thin ice. Residents of the region were warned that as a result of abnormally warm winter, the thickness of ice on water bodies is currently insufficient for winter fun, writes 360.ru.
