The Ministry of Health proposed to introduce electronic attachment to polyclinics throughout Russia

The Ministry of Health proposes to make it possible for all Russian regions to attach to a polyclinic via the Gosusgoservices portal. The corresponding draft order of the Ministry has been published on the federal portal of regulatory legal acts.

It is specified that when submitting an application for attachment through the personal cabinet of the portal, it must be signed with a non-qualified electronic signature. It will also be necessary to specify passport details, number of compulsory health insurance policy and SNILS (if available). For attaching children under 14 years of age, instead of passport data, information about their birth certificate will be required.

At the same time, it is still possible to submit a paper application when visiting a polyclinic. In both cases, the organization will consider the application within two working days.

February 6, it became known that the Ministry of Health plans to change the program of preventive medical examinations of children, adding examinations by an obstetrician-gynecologist and a child urologist-andrologist at the age of 13. It is noted that this will help in time to diagnose reproductive disorders in puberty.
