In the south of Ukraine, an explosion occurred in the city of Mykolaiv amid an air alert. This was reported by the Ukrainian TV channel "Public" on February 14.

"In Nikolaev was heard the sound of an explosion," - stated in the message of the TV channel in the telegram channel.

According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, at the moment the air alert has been declared in the Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Kharkiv and Sumy regions.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on this information.
