Trump signed an executive order creating a council on U.S. energy dominance

US President Donald Trump signed two new documents, including an executive order on the creation of a council on the energy dominance of America. This was announced by White House press secretary Carolyn Levitt on February 14.
"President Trump is now signing two executive orders <...> on the creation of a council on energy dominance, which will be headed by Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum and Secretary of Energy Chris Wright," she wrote in the social network X (former Twitter).
It is noted that the second signed document was an executive order to cancel mandatory COVID vaccination in American schools.
The day before, Trump during a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the White House said that the United States intends to take the first place among suppliers of oil and gas to India. According to him, he managed to reach an agreement with the Prime Minister in the energy sector. He added that during the conversation, he had agreed with the Indian Prime Minister that the nations would engage in joint mining and processing of critical minerals.
