Case opened after AFU attack on Channel One journalists in Kursk region

A criminal case has been opened after the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked a film crew of Channel One in Kursk Region. This was reported in the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia on February 14.

"A criminal case has been opened on the fact of committing a terrorist act by armed formations of Ukraine and obstruction of the legitimate professional activities of journalists in the Kursk region (paragraphs "a", "v" part 2 of article 205 and part 3 of article 144 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the department.
