In Moscow, an investigation was launched over marshmallows with metal in VkusVilla

Rospotrebnadzor has launched an inspection into the fact that marshmallows with metal shavings were purchased in a Moscow store of the VkusVill chain. The sale of a batch of products is suspended. This is reported on February 14 on the website of the capital department of the agency.

"During an on-site inspection it was found that in the realization there are four packages of products (made 31.01.2025) from the party in which a foreign object was found. Realization of products in the store is suspended," - stated in the message.

As it is specified, shavings were found in the marshmallow of the store on Belomorskaya street. In addition, in the organization "VkusVill" sent a request for explanations, requested and additional materials and information to prevent further implementation, presumably, poor-quality products.

"Also, the information was sent to the Rospotrebnadzor management in the Ulyanovsk region to take measures against the manufacturer. The situation is under control of Rospotrebnadzor management in Moscow", - noted in the department.
