The current crisis in Europe is the result of the European authorities' own actions. This was stated by U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance during his speech at the Munich Security Conference on February 14.

"Europe is facing many problems, but the crisis it, and all of us, are facing now is a crisis we created ourselves," he noted.

Vance cited mass migration as an example of the most critical problem facing European countries. According to him, the record scale of immigration in the European Union (EU) is due to the targeted policy of the authorities, which has been carried out for a whole decade.

At the same time, as the vice president emphasized, not a single European voter voted for the entry of millions of migrants - on the contrary, Europeans are in favor of revising migration policy.

"If you (Authorities of European countries. - Ed.) are running in fear from your own voters, there is nothing America can do for you," he concluded.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on February 7 that the country will no longer host migrants and comply with the EU pact "On Migration." Prior to that, the head of the Polish Interior Ministry Tomasz Semoniak noted that the increase in crime in the country was caused precisely by the influx of foreigners.

On January 31, Russian Senator Alexander Pushkov predicted the imminent self-destruction of Germany due to illegal migration. According to him, the aggravation of the migrant problem has caused the German people to lose their sense of self-preservation.
