- Miroshnik told about the Ukrainian armed forces' mining of wells in the Kursk border area

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) mined water wells in settlements in the Kursk border region. Four civilians were injured. This was reported on Friday, February 14, by Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the crimes of the Kiev regime.
He said that four residents of Kursk region came to the well to draw water, but were seriously wounded. According to Miroshnik, some of them are still staying in hospitals.
"This is not the only case. This is a trend. This is the authorization that was sounded by the commanders of the Kiev regime," he said.
Miroshnik added that all settlements invaded by the AFU were subject to looting.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on February 14 that Kiev's crimes in Kursk Region, including in the village of Nikolayevo-Daryino, have no statute of limitations. She said that the residents of the settlement were deprived of aid and were subjected to abuse by the AFU.
