The Defense Ministry showed footage of the destruction of AFU pickup trucks by an FPV drone in the DNR

Russian drone operators from the 25th Combined Armed Forces Army of the Zapad group of forces have destroyed pickup trucks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). Images of the destruction of the enemy's equipment were published by the Russian Defense Ministry on February 14.

"Servicemen of the reconnaissance unit of the 25th Combined Arms Army of Army Group West using UAVs have identified camouflaged AFU pickup trucks <...> in the forest area in the Donetsk People's Republic. <...> The detected targets were promptly destroyed by an FPV drone with fiber optic control and a combat UAV operator with an ammunition drop system," the ministry said in a statement.

According to the Defense Ministry, one of the vehicles was used to deliver ammunition to Ukrainian army positions.

Earlier in the day, the ministry published a video of the destruction of AFU military equipment by a UAV unit of the separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Guards Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District.
