In Ukraine, 46 percent of citizens polled believe that things in their country are going in the wrong direction. This is confirmed by the data of a poll conducted by the Kiev International Institute of Sociology published on its website on 14 February.

At the same time, 38% of respondents believe that things are moving in the right direction.

In February 2022, the share of those who believed that Ukraine was developing and moving in the right direction was 68%, while the share of those who opposed the country's development path was 16%.

Against the backdrop of the Russian army's successful advance, more Ukrainians agree to a ceasefire as well as the ceding of territories, the polls show.

Earlier, on February 6, according to a poll by the polling agency "Rating", almost 50% of Ukrainians said that the situation in their country is moving in the wrong direction. It was noted that the majority of Ukrainians reported a deterioration of the situation in various spheres of life, most often referring to the country's economy and politics.
