Deputy Mayor Sergunina spoke about the popular services of the "My Moscow" application

The "My Moscow" application is used by an average of 1.3 million people every month. With its help it is possible to pay for housing and utility services, make an appointment with a doctor, check schoolchildren's grades, transmit meter readings and do many other things, said Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of the capital.

"The application helps to solve everyday tasks without taking a lot of time and effort. Its services and services have been used 115 million times since 2019, of which more than 26 million - last year," - said the Vice-Mayor.

Most often Muscovites through the application viewed data on children's progress in school (8.1 million times over the year). Popular were also the services of doctor's appointment (6.7 million times) and transfer of water and electricity meter readings (5.2 million).

Another popular section is "My Payments", where you can pay bills and fines. Last year Moscow residents used it 2.4 million times.

The provision of socially important services in electronic form and the development of e-government infrastructure are in line with the objectives of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State" and the regional project "Digital Public Administration".
