People suffering from cardiovascular diseases, arterial hypertension, feel worse during spikes in atmospheric pressure due to altered blood vessels, which can react with both excessive constriction and dilation. This was reported by Maria Glezer, chief supernumerary cardiologist of the Moscow region, on Friday, February 14.

"In addition, there is coagulation or blood viscosity, which can also change and cause unfavorable effects. Therefore, you need to be careful not to exceed physical activity," - told the doctor in conversation with Radio 1.

The specialist stressed that the most important thing is to take medications prescribed by a doctor, as many of them are aimed at normalizing the size of blood vessels, wall thickness, the size of the lumen and so on.

At the same time, Glaeser noted that one should not overestimate the symptoms of magnetic storms.

"People expect internal stresses, and then they program themselves. Therefore, you just need to sleep enough time, drink fluids in normal amounts, eat healthy food," - concluded the cardiologist.

In turn, cardiologist Olga Molchanova noted in a conversation with the site kp.ru that the excitement can feel particularly susceptible people. Among such - people over 50 years old, especially those who have difficulties with blood vessels.

On the eve of the laboratory of solar astronomy IKI and ISPF warned that on February 14 on the Earth may play out a magnetic storm level G1, which will begin at midnight, reports 360.ru.

On Wednesday, February 12, from 6 to 9 a .m. Moscow time, the Earth's magnetosphere was in an excited state, according to aif.ru.

Earlier, February 6, the laboratory of solar astronomy IKI and ISPH RAS reported a powerful flare on the Sun. The center of the flare was in the area of maximum influence on the Earth, which makes a high probability of the impact of these processes on the planet, reports IA Regnum.
