Kiev's crimes in Kursk Region, including in the village of Nikolo-Daryyno, have no statute of limitations. This was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova on February 14.

"That bullying, those atrocities, those crimes that are committed against civilians in Kursk region by neo-Nazis of the Kiev regime - this is a crime without a statute of limitations," she said at a briefing.
