"Dome of Donbass" suppressed the attack of a drone of the AFU in Donetsk

The Donbass Dome airspace protection and electronic warfare system has foiled an attack by a Ukrainian drone near an electricity substation over Donetsk, which threatened civilians in the Kuibyshev district and infrastructure. This was reported in the press service of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee on February 14.

"The system of airspace protection and electronic warfare "Dome of Donbass" intercepted a Ukrainian attack drone near the electric substation and residential neighborhoods of Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk", - stated in a message in the social network "VKontakte".

It is also noted that explosive technicians of the FSSB of Russia in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) promptly neutralized the enemy drone. With the help of special equipment, they disconnected the controls, and then extracted the military charge and liquidated it at a specialized testing ground.

Earlier, on February 10, Dome of Donbass intercepted 156 Ukrainian drones over Donetsk and Makeyevka during the week. It was specified that a multirotor-type drone armed with two homemade munitions with a total mass of over 2 kg was hit near residential neighborhoods in the Kirovskyy district of Donetsk.
