Four people were injured in a massive accident involving two buses and three cars in Omsk. This was reported by the mayor of the city Sergei Shelest on February 14.
"The accident occurred in the morning rush hour on the Komsomolsky bridge. According to preliminary information, four passengers sought medical help," Shelest said in a message in Telegram-channel.
He specified that he instructed his deputy, the supervisor of the transport block Vladimir Kupriyanov, to conduct a full check of the incident. The amount of material damage is unknown. Additional circumstances of the incident are being established.
At the same time, the press service of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region reported that four specialists and one unit of equipment are working at the scene. The doors of one of the buses were blocked, the driver was able to get through the window.
The same day it was reported that a bus driver was injured in a collision between a BMW foreign car and public transport on Kievskoye highway in Moscow.
