In the Murmansk region, work has started in the first five houses included in the short-term plan of the Fund for Capital Repair for 2025. This was told by the director of the fund Yulia Barsukova.

Thus, in Severomorsk on Safonova Street, 5, they started to change engineering networks of heat, electricity, water supply and sewage. In Murmansk they are preparing to overhaul roofs in the houses on Polukhina Street, 14 and Polyarnye Zori, 33k1, and in the houses on Lenin Avenue, 95 and 102 - to replace engineering networks.

Contracts with contractors for most of the houses were signed at the end of last year. In the near future, they will go out to a number of other objects.
