US President Donald Trump announced the introduction of reciprocal duties from February 13, he said on Truth Social.
"It's been three wonderful weeks, possibly the best in history, but today is the main thing: reciprocal duties! Let's make America great again," he wrote.
Trump signed an executive order imposing trade tariffs of 25% on goods from Canada, China and Mexico on February 1. Thus the American leader seeks to reduce the flow of the opioid fentanyl across the border, as well as the flow of migrants.
