Musk urged the U.S. not to interfere in other countries' political affairs

American entrepreneur Ilon Musk has called on the United States to stop "promoting regime change" and pay attention to the country's internal affairs. He made the corresponding statement on February 13 at the summit of governments in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
"I think we (the United States. - Ed.) in general need to leave other countries with their own affairs," he said during the speech, which was broadcast on the YouTube channel of the Associated Press agency.
Musk specified that the United States should mind its own business instead of promoting "regime change everywhere," Gazeta.Ru specifies.
NBC News reported on February 11 that the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump intends to close a number of American consulates and diplomatic missions in Europe, Canada, Mexico, as well as on some islands in the Pacific Ocean. It was specified that the purpose of this is to reduce the costs of the State Department.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on February 10 that Trump's return to the White House meant a change of milestones in the country's foreign policy course, as well as in its domestic policy.
