Lavrov says Biden's course is 'abnormal' after Putin and Trump talk

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed the opinion that questions about the possibility of improving relations between Russia and the United States after the conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. leader Donald Trump speak about the abnormal course of former United States President Joe Biden.
