Peskov said there was no exact date for Putin's address to the Federal Assembly

The date of Russian President Vladimir Putin's address to the Federal Assembly has not been set. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said this on February 13, answering Izvestia's question

"No, it [the date of the meeting] has not been determined yet. It will not take place at the end of February. As there is an understanding, we will inform you," he said at a briefing.
