It is still unknown whether US President Donald Trump will come to Moscow to celebrate Victory Day in World War II. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing on February 13.

"The presidents have mentioned this, but so far there is no concrete understanding about it. I want you to understand that exchanging mutual invitations is one thing, and focusing on a separate bilateral meeting is another.
