Technopolis Moscow includes four more production sites


The territory of the special economic zone "Technopolis Moscow" has been expanded: four new production sites have been added to it. These are "Khrunicheva", "Krasnaya Pakhra", "Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant" and "Tolstopaltsevo", the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin reported in his personal blog.
The Khrunichev site will retain its historical specialization in the sphere of aerospace technologies. In addition, it is planned to deploy here the production of medical devices.
On the site "Tolstopaltsevo" localize the production of construction materials. The first stage of the MonArch Innovation Technologies Combine for the production of large-size residential modules is already in operation.
Ranera, a key member of the inter-industry cluster of electric vehicle construction, is expanding its production at Krasnaya Pakhra. The company is building Russia's first gigafactory for the production of lithium-ion modules, traction batteries and stationary energy storage systems.
The Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant will focus on the production of vertical transportation. Now KMZ produces passenger, high-speed, hospital, freight elevators and elevators. The nomenclature of the plant includes more than 100 modifications of elevators. Last year new models "Aura" and "Galaxy" were produced.
Special Economic Zone "Technopolis Moscow" is the flagship of the new Moscow industry. Over the past five years, SEZ companies have increased investment 32 times - it is estimated that last year residents and tenants invested 215 billion rubles in their development. The number of jobs has increased 3.5 times to 22,100.
