Forecasters predicted cloudy weather in Moscow on February 13

Cloudy, mostly without precipitation - such weather expects residents of the capital region on Thursday, February 13. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow during the day will vary from -7 to -5 degrees Celsius. At night, the thermometer columns will drop to -8.

In Moscow region during the day forecasters promise from -9 to -4 degrees, and at night the temperature may fall to -11.

A westerly wind with a speed of 4-9 m/s is expected.

Atmospheric pressure will be 749-752 mm of mercury column.

Earlier, on February 12, the scientific head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand said that next week abnormal frosts are expected in the capital. He noted that the air temperature will drop to -15 degrees and will be four degrees below the climatic norm.

On the same day, the expert of the prognostic center "Meteo" Alexander Ilyin allowed the return of thaw to Moscow from February 23. According to him, at the beginning of the third decade of February, the air temperature will begin to tend to zero, and already around the 23rd of the thermometer readings will be positive.

Prior to that, February 10, a specialist of the information agency "Meteonovosti" Tatiana Pozdnyakova predicted cold weather in Moscow and the Moscow region this week. According to her, by the weekend, the average daily air temperature will be close to the climatic norm, and in some places will even become lower than it.
