The second stage of landscaping near the metro station "Pykhtino" in Ti-NAO has been completed in Moscow. This was reported on Wednesday, February 12, by Deputy Mayor of the capital on housing and public utilities and landscaping Petr Biryukov.

According to him, the specialists of the municipal economy complex had the task to improve pedestrian and transport accessibility of the new station, as well as to organize convenient approaches and entrances to it. The works were carried out, in particular, on the street Aviakonstruktor Petlyakov, as well as on the projected passages № 7654 and № 7653A, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

In the course of works the overhead lines were removed in the cable sewer, its length is 1.8 km. In addition, additionally laid about 900 meters of drainage system.

In addition, specialists renewed more than 10 thousand square meters of sidewalk, replaced 22.4 thousand square meters of asphalt on the roadway, applied new markings and installed about 320 road signs. Near the shopping center "Solntsevo Park" equipped skatepark, reports "Moscow 24".

The first stage of improvement of the territory at the station "Pychtino" was completed in December 2023. Then, in particular, specialists organized about 350 parking spaces, notes 360.ru.

In December, Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital on urban policy and construction, said that the developer will build a business center near the station "Pykhtino". Thanks to this, about 4.6 thousand residents of TinaO will be able to find employment, reports NSN.

In August last year, the section of Solntsevskaya metro line with stations "Pykhtino" and "Vnukovo Airport", created with the participation of holding Mosinzhproekt, was awarded two awards of the Moscow government competition "The best realized project in the field of construction", notes IA Regnum.
