Military aircraft E/A-18 G Growler crashed in San Diego Bay, California, near the U.S. Navy air base. This was reported on February 12 by the TV channel Fox News with reference to firefighters.

"A military aircraft crashed in San Diego Bay near the North Island Naval Air Station. The San Diego Fire Department confirmed that there were two pilots on board and that they were rescued," the publication said.
