Weather forecaster admits return of thaw to Moscow in late February

Expert of the Meteo forecasting center Alexander Ilyin has admitted the return of the thaw to Moscow from February 23.

On air of radio station "Govorit Moskva" on Wednesday, February 12, he noted that the frosty weather will remain until the end of the second decade of the month, after which in the Moscow region in some periods the air temperature may fall to -18 degrees below zero, writes "Moscow 24".
