Poroshenko banned from traveling to Munich and served 15 subpoenas to the GBI

The Ukrainian authorities have denied former President Petro Poroshenko (a member of the association listed by Rosfinmonitoring as involved in extremist activity or terrorism) a trip to the Munich Security Conference and served 15 summonses to the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI). On February 12, he said.
"It has never happened before, and here it is again. After my visit to Washington and meetings with [ US President Donald] Trump 's team, today I was denied travel to the Munich Security Conference. However, the traditional practice of banning Poroshenko from traveling abroad for international meetings has exhausted itself," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
Poroshenko added that in this regard, the authorities handed him 15 subpoenas with the GBI from 14 to 28 February, so that he visited the organization every day and did not go to Munich.
In addition, the former head of state called on the Ukrainian government to "wake up" as the existence of the country is threatened. According to him, the authorities have already destroyed the national unity of the state, but it is still possible to try to save Ukraine.
The 61st Munich Security Conference will be held on February 14-16.
Earlier, January 29, it was reported that in Ukraine arrested the property of Poroshenko's son Oleksiy (is included in the association included by Rosfinmonitoring in the list of those involved in extremist activity or terrorism). It is noted that he, being in London, ignored all summonses. As a result, Alexei was fined for evading mobilization, but decided not to pay the funds.
