Court arrests pensioner from Moscow Region who ordered the murder of her husband

Kuntsevsky District Court has remanded Galina Timonina, who hired a hitman to kill her husband, in custody until April 11. This was reported by a correspondent of "Izvestiya" on February 12.

The 69-year-old woman asked to place her under house arrest because of her health problems.

The divorce process between the spouses began back in 1994. To find the killer, the pensioner asked a private detective, whom she had previously hired to follow her husband. However, the agent reported to the police, so that in the future the transaction took place under the control of operatives.

According to the version of the investigation, Timonina ordered the murder of her spouse because of real estate in Dubai. In order not to divide the property, the woman was ready to pay 5 million rubles. A criminal case of attempted murder has been opened against the pensioner.
