A German citizen moved to Bryansk because of disagreement with his country's politics

A German citizen was issued a temporary residence permit in Bryansk Region after he applied to the Migration Department of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the region with a corresponding application because of disagreement with the policy of his country. This was reported by the portal "MIA Media" on February 12.
"On the basis of the Federal Law "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation", as well as the decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On Providing Humanitarian Support to Persons Sharing Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values", a positive decision was made on the man's application," the publication said.
The citizen of the FRG expressed gratitude to the employees of the Department for help and assistance in the execution of the package of documents.
Before that, on December 25, 2024, the citizen of Germany Erich Bittermann, who protected the inhabitants of Donbass since 2014, received a Russian passport. The man decided to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, and it was this that allowed him to apply for citizenship in a simplified procedure.
Earlier, on December 21, residents of the city of Magdeburg, where the terrorist attack at the Christmas fair took place, in a conversation with "Izvestia" criticized the policy of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and the government of the country. According to the German citizen, there are no polls in the country and no possibility to hold referendums at the federal level to stop Scholz or the dictatorship in the FRG.
