An expert gave tips on saving time on work tasks

Competent planning of one's affairs and prioritization of tasks will help to save time on work tasks and have more time for the day. This was reported on February 12 by Olga Bukhvalova, career expert of the center "Professions of the Future".
"One of the main tools in the distribution of their own resources during the performance of work cases can be the "Eisenhower matrix", the essence of which is the division of tasks into four categories: urgent and important, important and not urgent, not important but urgent, not important and not urgent," - said the expert in conversation with "Gazeta.Ru".
According to her, if you focus on the first two categories, you can avoid wasting time on less important matters.
The expert added that modern technologies can also save time, for example, pre-configured sending of reports by mail or synchronization of data between different platforms.
To properly organize your time and concentrate on what is important, Bukhvalova also recommended the "tomato technique", which involves switching the focus of attention: 25 minutes of time should be devoted to work, five minutes - to rest. After four such cycles, you can take a longer break.
Earlier, on February 1, Lusine Abgaryan, Chief Operating Officer of Ventra HR Holding, told Izvestia how employees can increase their concentration and be less distracted. According to her, they should organize their workplace, plan tasks in the calendar and distribute cases by slots during the day.
