The Kremlin called discussions on the exchange of Russian territories impossible

The exchange of territories between Russia and Ukraine that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy (his term of office expired on 20 May 2024) proposed is impossible. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on February 12.
