A new payment standard will be introduced for ambulance drivers in Vladivostok

Vladivostok will establish a single standard of remuneration for ambulance drivers. Their salary will be about 100 thousand rubles per month. This was announced by Governor Oleg Kozhemyako at a meeting with the employees of the ambulance station.
According to the governor, cited by PrimaMedia news agency, they make about 138 thousand trips per year. Often the amount of accruals does not reach the promised 90 thousand rubles per hand due to the peculiarities of calculation, despite bonuses for class and overtime.
Kozhemyako noted that bus drivers have salaries within Br100 thousand and even more. The system should be worked out for ambulance drivers, so that they get Br100 thousand in hand. At the same time, it is necessary to introduce mentoring and various incentive bonuses.
The head of the region also promised that in the near future the regional Ministry of Health will revise the system of additional payments for doctors and nursing staff. It is planned to introduce additional incentives for positive feedback from patients.
Earlier it was reported that the head of the State Duma Committee on Health Protection Sergey Leonov sent an appeal to the head of the Russian Interior Ministry Vladimir Kolokoltsev and Chairman of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin with a request to take personal control of the investigation of the case of the death of two paramedics in a traffic accident in Belgorod. Leonov, citing media reports, said that the driver of the car that hit the ambulance was under the influence of alcohol.
