The Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the city of Moscow in the course of epidemiological investigation temporarily restricted the activities of the bakery "Melnitsa" on Simferopolsky Boulevard after poisoning of two people with heavy metals in baked goods. This was reported on February 12 on the official website of the agency.
"In connection with the establishment of gross violations applied an interim measure in the form of a temporary ban on activity. Bakery "Melnitsa" is sealed. Materials are being prepared for transfer to the Zyuzinsky district court to consider the issue of administrative suspension of activities," - noted in the message.
It is noted that during the survey found gross violations of the requirements of sanitary legislation, as well as legislation in the field of technical regulation.
It is indicated that the production did not comply with the technological processes of manufacturing of finished food products, which does not exclude the ingress of foreign objects and particles into food.
In addition, was withdrawn from circulation 925 kg of flour, as well as dough and finished products.
Earlier, on February 11, in Moscow, two people were poisoned by baked goods, in which they found mercury-like balls. The medics who arrived on the scene conducted gastric lavage to the victims. Doctors continue to carry out the necessary measures. Later, Rospotrebnadzor launched an epidemiological investigation.
