Kiev has done everything to "bury" the Minsk agreements with the connivance of the West. This is stated in a commentary by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova, published on February 12 on the Foreign Ministry's website.

February 12, 2025 will mark 10 years since the signing of the "Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements". It was concluded in Minsk in 2015 by representatives of the parties to the conflict in Donbass and their mediators - Russia and the OSCE.

"The history of Kiev's sabotage of the Package of Measures and the UN Security Council resolution for seven years with the connivance and support of the West clearly shows that for them Donbass is a territory, not the people living in it.
