One person died in a road accident involving a truck and a minibus in Leningrad Region

As a result of a collision between a truck and a minibus in the Volkhov district of the Leningrad region, one person was killed. This was reported in the Telegram-channel of the regional police on February 12.

It is specified that the deceased was the driver of the minibus, in which there were 11 passengers. All of them were injured.

According to preliminary information from the regional Prosecutor's office, the driver of the truck blocked traffic on the highway R-21 "Kola", leaving the gas station. As a result, there was a collision with a moving minibus.

At the same time, the Leningrad region's comzdrav reported that a total of 15 passengers, including one child, were taken to the Volkhov inter-district hospital on the incident. It is specified that three people are in serious condition, two - in intensive care. One of the victims refused hospitalization.

On the fact of the accident organized an inspection, the progress and results of which are controlled by the regional Prosecutor's office.
