- A new online project in the capital presented the potential of Moscow's trade sector

The new special project "Moscow Trade" on the mos.ru portal provides information on the capital's gastronomic spaces, business support measures and useful electronic services. This was told by Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.
"The sphere of trade and services of Moscow is represented by about 140 thousand enterprises. The turnover of the industry in the retail segment today exceeds 7.4 trillion rubles. Food products are brought from more than 80 regions of Russia. The pace of development of this sector of the economy and its opportunities reflected in the online project", - said Sergunina.
According to the information published in the section, there are more than 35 gastronomic spaces in the capital: markets, neighborhoods and clusters. On the page "For residents", for example, there is a description of two fish markets "Moscow - on a wave", the assortment of which includes more than 600 types of products.
A separate block for representatives of the industry contains useful electronic services. For example, online you can submit documents for the placement of a summer veranda or get a place at weekend fairs. Business support measures are also listed here. For example, the Moscow government provides grants to shopping centers to expand the area for social, sports and leisure facilities.
Another page familiarizes users with various economic indicators. In particular, there you can learn that the share of the trade industry in the gross regional product (GRP) of the capital last year reached almost 18%.
The Moscow Trade project also provides information about fairs and what festivals are held in the capital.
