- In the Russian Federation began preparing for the release of the game dedicated to the liberation of Mariupol

Russia has started preparations for the release of a computer game that replicates the battle for Mariupol during the Special Military Operation (SMO). A fragment of gameplay of the game is at the disposal of Izvestia.
In the game, the developers have recreated an almost exact copy of the city, including temples, markets, hospitals, right up to the industrial site of Azovstal, where the heaviest battles will take place.
Players will need to be part of a group of fighters on an armored personnel carrier (APC) to perform various combat tasks, including destroying enemy personnel and equipment, freeing hostages, while they will be set up by snipers and enemy traps.
Earlier, on February 11, the director of the Intercontinental Cybersports League and leading Russian expert in the field of computer sports, Alexander Gorbachenko, said that if the game "At Dawn" can provide a balanced gameplay with equal starting conditions for players, it will have a chance to even claim the status of a type of program in computer sports. In this case, the general public will be able to familiarize with the game in November 2025.
Before that, on February 5, psychologist Irina Smolyarchuk told Izvestia that computer games can both replace therapy and aggravate psychological disorders. According to her, people with highly organized mental regulation are able to cope with their emotional stresses with the help of simulators.
