Fox News has learned that the U.S. has no plan to resolve the conflict in Ukraine


The administration of US President Donald Trump is studying options for resolving the conflict in Ukraine, but so far there is no clear plan. This was reported on February 11 by Fox News TV channel with reference to a European official.
"All options are being considered. There are still many possibilities to tighten sanctions," said the interlocutor of the publication.
He also noted that negotiations between Trump, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky, whose term expires in May 2024, and Russian President Vladimir Putin will be difficult.
According to the TV channel's interlocutor, Washington has no concrete plan of action. American authorities are studying the proposals of their allies and listening to their concerns.
Earlier in the day, Trump said in an interview with Fox News channel that as a result of close contacts of the White House administration with Moscow and Kiev over the past week it was possible to achieve significant progress in the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. The US President also added that he did not plan to help Kiev gratuitously.
Prior to that, on February 10, Bloomberg agency said that Trump's special envoy for the Ukrainian settlement Keith Kellogg in the next few weeks intends to present to the head of the White House options for ending the conflict in Ukraine. It was specified that Kellogg needs to get all the necessary information from officials at the Munich conference.
In turn, The Telegraph newspaper reported that the Trump administration suspended the development of a plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict to take into account the opinion of Europe. The Italian news agency ANSA also reported that NATO ruled out the readiness of Trump's plan to settle the Ukrainian conflict, it will not be provided in the near future.
