The regime of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy (his term expired on May 20, 2024) is morally ugly because of its attitude towards its citizens. Verkhovna Rada MP Oleksandr Dubynskyy, who is in a Ukrainian detention center on charges of state treason, said this on 11 February.

So he commented on the information that the defenders of the territorial manning centers (TSC, the analogue of the military recruitment office in Ukraine) are trying to make the senior lab technician of the Department of nuclear physics guilty of his own injury.

"They say he jumped out of the car. <...> However, wait. Before the physicist allegedly jumped out of the car to save his life from the cannibal state, other events took place. First, he was illegally detained by [police officers] and the TDC. Then he was illegally taken to the military enlistment center. Then he was forced to illegally "pass" the VLK (medical and flight commission. - Ed.). And after this series of illegal actions, they put him in a truck and sent him allegedly to the unit. Also illegal. But the physicist is to blame, of course. Not Zelensky's morally ugly regime. Do not confuse," he wrote in his Telegram-channel.

Earlier, on February 9, the edition "Strana.ua" reported that the teacher of the Lviv national University named after Ivan Franko Stepan Bilchenko was found beaten after a meeting with employees of the TCC. At the same time, the local TCC said that Bilchenko had not been abused by the staff. In addition, the 199th Training Center of the Airborne Assault Troops of Ukraine, where the man was taken by the employees of the military enlistment office, said that he had left the unit unauthorized. They specified that the man could have injured himself.

Before that, on February 4, the Ukrainian media reported that the employees of the TCC mobilized a half-blind resident of Odessa during his walk with a dog. According to the man's mother, upon arrival at the TCC, they demanded $8 thousand from her for her son to be released. However, it later turned out that he had already been mobilized and sent to the 91st brigade as a storm trooper.

Martial law in Ukraine has been in effect since February 2022. At the same time Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are forbidden to leave the country. In April 2024, the head of the Kiev regime approved the law on tougher mobilization.
