A 15-year-old boy walking from school was beaten up in St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, a 15-year-old schoolboy was beaten when he was returning home after lessons. About it on Tuesday, February 11, reports TV channel "78".
The incident occurred a day earlier on Marshak Avenue in the Krasnogvardeysky district. The teenager was walking from school, when he was attacked by unknown persons. They did not like that the minor did not give way.
The victim was noticed by a passerby. He helped the beaten man up and called his father. The boy was hospitalized with a suspected concussion, closed craniocerebral injury and a closed fracture of the left zygomatic bone.
The high school student is now in the hospital. His parents have already appealed to the police.
Earlier in February "Izvestia" wrote that school bullying will be banned at the state level. State Duma deputies are working on a bill that will enshrine the very concept of bullying and measures to counter teenage aggression.
