A florist has named the trending flowers of 2025

Anastasia Volkova, senior florist of the Klumba chain of flower stores, and Cooper, a delivery service from stores and restaurants, told Izvestia on February 12 what flowers should be given to loved ones in 2025 and how much fashionable compositions will cost.

According to the expert, the stable trend is bouquets of peonies. The season of these flowers falls in late spring and summer, so in winter and early spring florist recommends using alternatives - peony varieties of other plants. For example, Country Blues roses - they are persistent, have a bright crimson hue. Also as an alternative, you can choose garden roses Pink or White O'Hara, they have a persistent rich flavor. A more unconventional option - peony roses of the variety Mandarin Expression with a lush bud. For fans of classic red roses Volkova recommended to pay attention to more resistant varieties - for example, roses Explorer.

According to Cooper analysts, the average cost of a bouquet of 11 peonies in February amounted to Br5 thousand. A composition of 11 peony roses Country Blues costs Br3 thousand on average, and a bouquet of 11 classic roses Explorer - Br4 thousand. Also 11 roses Pink O'Hara will cost an average of Br4.5 thousand.

Monobouquets are still relevant - compositions of one variety of flowers, often of one shade, said Volkova. According to her, such a bouquet can be assembled from dianthus (carnations) - for example, soft pink. These flowers are widely used in gift and wedding bouquets.

Duo-bouquets, compositions of two types of plants, are also popular. Florist advised to collect such a collection of French roses (the flower is specially turned out petals - so it looks more lush) and eucalyptus - the plant looks expensive in the bouquet and does not "argue" with other flowers.

Cooper's analysts calculated the average cost of a mono-bouquet of 23 flowers dianthus - 3.3 thousand rubles. A composition of five French roses with eucalyptus will cost an average of Br3.8 thousand.

The florist also recommended to abandon the abundance of packaging in bouquets, which creates additional volume. In 2025, it is not so important. In her opinion, more attention should be paid to the individuality of flowers to be able to consider each of them. Sprawling and tiered compositions are in trend. For them, you can use exotic flowers, such as Veggie roses, leucodendron or protea.

Earlier, in early February, in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Moscow region told how to choose quality flowers. According to experts, first of all it is worth assessing their appearance. Fresh flowers should be bright, petals - whole, without damage. At the same time, the shirt leaves of the bud should be in place - this means that the flower was delivered recently.
