The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) fined hockey club Spartak for the fact that its fans chanted insults against SKA at the match between the two teams, held on January 30. This is reported on February 11 on the website of the league.

"Having considered all the materials, the league decided to impose a monetary fine on the hockey club "Spartak" on the basis of the disciplinary regulations of the KHL for insulting chanting against the opposing team," - said in the message of the KHL.

In addition, Spartak was issued a warning for its fans displaying offensive paraphernalia. If this offense is repeated, the league will move to penalize the club.

Earlier, on January 28, the KHL suspended Lokomotiv hockey club forward Maxim Shalunov for two games for pushing Dynamo center forward Artem Ilyenko during a match on January 27, who fell and was injured. He will have to recover from it for a month.
