Geely Preface sedan is assembled in Belarus

The assembly of Chinese sedan Geely Preface has been launched in Belarus. The first 165 copies have already been assembled at the plant "Belji" by the large-assembly method. This was reported on February 11 by the portal "Chinese cars.

The price of Geely Preface in Belarus was lower than in Russia, where the sedans of Chinese assembly are delivered. In the neighboring country, the car in the version Luxury costs from 97.8 thousand Belarusian rubles (about 2.83 million Russian rubles). A more optionally equipped Flagship will cost Br101.7 thousand in the local market (Br2.95 million Russian rubles).

At the same time, in Russia, the Preface sedans brought from China cost Br3.1 and Br3.26 million, respectively, excluding promotional prices and discounts.

According to the portal, 1 thousand copies of Preface are planned to be sold in Belarus this year. Belgee S50, X50 and X70 cars (copies of Geely under its own brand), as well as Geely Coolray, Atlas, Okavango, Tugella and Monjaro are also produced at Belgee.

On February 7, it was reported that Geely ended deliveries of Atlas Pro crossovers in Russia, the model disappeared from the brand's official website. After the realization of the stocks available in car dealerships, the model will completely disappear from the lineup. Its analog, the Belgee X70 model, which is the Atlas Pro with other nameplates, remains on the market.
