"Employers are not waiting for the staffing situation to correct itself. They are actively developing new motivation strategies and looking for ways to improve staff efficiency. And this is the right approach to solving the problem. Businesses need to implement new management tools, train employees and adapt to market changes. The main thing is not to put it off for later, but to act today. The labor market is changing faster than ever before. Therefore, it is important not only to attract new employees, but also to create conditions for their development and long-term cooperation," said Anastasia Borovskaya, Director of the Russian School of Management.

According to her, the companies that will be able to adjust to the new rhythm of work with personnel and build an effective HR-strategy, will benefit.

Earlier, January 15, it was reported that every third Russian respondent (28%) planned to change jobs in 2025. This is stated in the results of the study of the RSHU. Among the most frequent reasons for such a decision are named low salary (47% of respondents said so), lack of opportunities for professional growth (45%), lack of career prospects (39%), dissatisfaction with management (24%), dissatisfaction with the team (8%).
