Sobyanin told about classes at the new Fili Ice Arena

Figure skating and hockey classes are held at the new Fili Ice Arena, which opened in December on Filevsky Boulevard in Moscow. This was announced by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his Telegram.
According to him, in addition to the ice arena there are halls of general physical training and choreography, as well as a dance hall in the two-story sports complex. There are organized classes in sports acrobatics, rhythmic gymnastics and other sports.
"The first modern sports complex on the territory of the Filevskaya Floodplain neighborhood was built by an investor. I am sure the arena will become a new center of attraction for residents", - said the mayor.
The construction of the sports complex was carried out from the third quarter of 2023 to December 2024.
Since 2011 about 330 sports facilities have been erected in the capital. It is planned to build 101 more by 2027.
