Putin awarded the title of honored artists of the Russian Federation to Katya Lel and Elena Vaenga

Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded the title of honored artists of Russia to singers Katya Lel and Elena Vaenga. The decree is posted on February 11 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

"To confer the honorary title "Honored Artist of the Russian Federation" Lel Ekaterina Nikolaevna - artist-vocalist, Director of Human Resources of limited liability company "Music Agency Katya Lel", - stated in the document.

Katya Lel - performer of such hits as "My marmalade (I'm wrong)", "Musi-pusi", "Lights", "I miss you". Lel is also People's Artist of Chechnya and People's Artist of Kabardino-Balkaria.

Elena Vaenga achieved all-Russian success after the release of the album "White Bird" in 2005. She is the winner of four "Golden Gramophone" awards, as well as twice won the "Song of the Year".

Earlier, February 3, Putin awarded actress Anna Snatkina the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation for her contribution to the development of Russian culture and art, as well as for many years of fruitful work.
