Deputy Head of Mytishchi suspected of illegal issuance of housing certificates

The deputy head of the Mytishchi city district administration is suspected of negligence, which led to the illegal issuance of a housing certificate to a family. This was reported on February 11 in the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in Moscow region.

Gross violations in the work of the administration of the city district were revealed in the framework of the investigation of the criminal case against a resident of Mytishchi, who is accused of fraud in order to obtain a housing certificate (part 4 of article 159.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

"According to the results of the legal assessment of the established circumstances, a criminal case under article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence") was initiated against the deputy head of the administration of the city district of Mytishchi", - said in the message published in the Telegram-channel.

The investigation found that the administration did not check the reliability of information about the residence of 13 people in a one-room apartment, as well as information about the family income. It turned out that the responsible persons did not send statements to the police and tax inspection.

"Decisions on recognizing the family as low-income, as well as the issuance of the certificate were taken by two commissions, chaired by the deputy head of the administration of the city district of Mytishchi," - said in the message of the GSU SK of Russia in the Moscow region.

It was specified that the decision to recognize the family as low-income were canceled.

In late January, social networks circulated a report that a large family from Tajikistan received a housing certificate for the purchase of an apartment in Mytishchi with possible violations. On January 21, the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin demanded to check these reports and provide him with a corresponding report.
