The State Duma has proposed to oblige police officers to inform drivers about car evacuation by means of messages on "Gosuslugi". The head of the Duma Committee on Social Policy Yaroslav Nilov (LDPR) will send an appeal with such an initiative to the Russian Interior Ministry and the Moscow Administrative Road Inspectorate, reports "RIA Novosti" on February 11.

Such an idea Nilov proposed in connection with the emergence of a new function on "Gosuslugi", which allows anonymous notification of motorists, for example, on the evacuation of transport, traffic accidents, blocking the passage, triggering the alarm, lights on, open window or flat tire. The deputy urged concerned citizens to use the function of reporting the evacuation of the car, helping other drivers.

Nilov also said that the bill on mandatory informing the owner of the vehicle by officials before evacuation is now under conclusion in the Russian government. It is assumed that the driver will learn about the upcoming evacuation, and he will have 10 minutes to move the car.

Earlier, on January 27, Nilov announced the development of a bill, which proposes not to evacuate the car in the absence of the driver's registration documents for it, except in cases of car theft.

On December 4 last year it was reported about the development of a bill, which proposes to oblige to call the owner of the car before its evacuation, if the car does not create a critical situation on the road.
