More than 800 facades of residential buildings will be repaired in Moscow this year

More than 800 facades of apartment buildings will be repaired in Moscow in 2025. This was reported on February 10 by Deputy Mayor of the capital on housing and public utilities and improvement Petr Biryukov.

In total 802 facades of apartment houses will be overhauled, reports the agency of city news "Moscow". The most large-scale works are planned in the Central, Eastern and Northern administrative districts of the city. For each type of facades developed a special technology that will restore the technical characteristics and appearance of the house in full.

Thus, when restoring the painted facades of panel houses at the first stage corrects the geometry of panels, the second - filled with sealant inter-panel joints, after which the facade is primed and painted in two layers, reports IA Regnum. Brick facades in the framework of overhaul are subject to mandatory hydrophobization, which protects against destructive processes associated with the ingress of water. Repair of facades of houses faced with small-size ceramic tiles is carried out with the use of polymer cement mixture on reinforcing grids.

Biryukov added that under special control will repair the facades of residential buildings that are objects of cultural heritage, notes "Moscow 24".

Also on February 10, the head of the Moscow City Heritage Alexei Emelyanov reported that in the center of Moscow completed a comprehensive restoration of the main house of the estate of Nikolai Tretyakov. In particular, the building was equipped with an automatic fire alarm system, warning system and evacuation control.

February 3, 360.ru wrote that in 2025 in Ramenskoye district on the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" will repair the facades of 33 apartment buildings. Facades will be renewed on Podmoskovnaya Street in Ostrovtsy, on Bolshaya Uchitelskaya Street in Rodniki, on Zeleny Gorodok and Solnechnaya Streets in Udelnaya, as well as in the village of Fominskoye.
