Restrictions on the reception and release of airplanes were lifted at the airports of Kazan, Samara and Ulyanovsk. This was reported by Rosaviatsia spokesman Artem Korenyako on February 11.
"At the airports of Kazan, Saratov (Gagarin) and Ulyanovsk (Barataevka) at 8:30 Moscow time, restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft (AC) have been lifted," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
